This is a Micro Machines Terminator 2 item.
I purchased this nearly 30 years ago and displayed it fixed to a wall. It was secured with push pins, but I fixed it to the package's hook, so I didn't pierce the figure itself.
The package has faded due to the UV light from the lighting, but there are no tears or damage, and it has not been opened.
