Kuwait bans non-vaccinated nationals from traveling

Kuwait City: Non-vaccinated nationals will not be able to travel outside Kuwait from August 1. From next month, only those who have completed the vaccination and have legal exemptions from the vaccination will be allowed to travel abroad.

Children under the age of 16, those who have been certified by the Ministry of Health as having a health problem that cannot be vaccinated, and pregnant women will be exempt from the new regulation. In addition, all travelers to Kuwait must have a PCR test before boarding a flight and have no Covid symptoms.

Those arriving in Kuwait must stay in quarantine for seven days or until the results of the Covid PCR examination conducted after arrival in the country are received. Authorities in Kuwait have granted some partial relaxation of Covid controls since Monday.
